WWE: Bray Wyatt, Bo Dallas Have Been Out With Meningitis

Fans have taken notice that WWE Raw’s Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas, who are real-life brothers but have never been related in storyline, have been absent from television and live events recently.

Although Bo Dallas doesn’t have a match scheduled for TLC on Sunday, as his “boss” The Miz will be leading the charge in a tag match against The Shield in the main event, Bray Wyatt has a match on tap against Finn Balor. On WWE Raw, Wyatt has been feuding with Balor for the last several months, and this has included two marquee matchups at SummerSlam and No Mercy. Balor has won both of these battles, but the feuds is continuing as Wyatt reveals the “Sister Abigail” persona .

Unfortunately, there is reason to worry about Wyatt’s ability to compete on Sunday. The man is as tough as they come, considering he wrestled through an ankle injury at WrestleMania 31. I would be shocked if he isn’t out there at TLC, but the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review’s Justin LaBar is reporting that Wyatt, Dallas, and ring announcer JoJo are all suffering from viral meningitis [H/T: Angel Rodriguez of WrestlingNews.Co].

This would explain why the trio has been absent from recent live events and episodes of Monday Night Raw, and we can only hope all three of them get well soon. Dallas and Wyatt are real-life brothers, and JoJo is in a relationship with Wyatt off the screen. UPDATE: JoJo is not ill. So feel free to cast doubt on the validity of this report.

Viral meningitis is no joke, but all three of them should be up and running soon enough. Wyatt’s match against Balor has the potential to be the best of their feud this far, and they have delivered in the ring every single time, even if fans have been a bit turned off by some of the segments on Raw.

As for Dallas, he and Curtis Axel have been brilliant as The Miz’s henchmen, and Dallas’s outfits have become an underrated highlight of Raw episodes.
