WWE Survivor Series 2017: Match Card Predictions After TLC
By Dalton Quix
WWE TLC is finally in the books, so what should we expect at the next PPV, WWE Survivor Series 2017?
WWE TLC 2017 was definitely an interesting show, and provided the circumstances, it exceeded expectations. With Reigns and Wyatt out due to illness, the creative team had to adjust the PPV.
They did so by bringing in AJ Styles to wrestle Finn Balor, and Kurt Angle filled in for Roman Reigns. So, I don’t think too many fans were complaining about the match card. The rest of the matches were surprisingly good, too.
Asuka vs. Emma allowed both competitors to put on a good match, Bliss and James had a great back and forth contest that Bliss won, the cruiserweights got to shine in their tag match, and Enzo stole back his Cruiserweight Championship.
The match of the night was Finn vs. AJ. The two were given plenty of time and delivered. The crowd was going crazy for them and erupted when they gave each other a ‘Too Sweet’ out of respect after Finn won.
The main event was a hot mess with action everywhere, and very little made any sense. Angle got taken out, Kane turned on Braun Strowman, then everyone turned on Stowman, then Strowman potentially died by getting tossed in a dump truck, then Kurt Angle came back out to save the day and get the win.
So, after all that action, let’s see what matches are shaping up for Survivor Series.
