Fatal 4-Way for the SmackDown Live Tag Team Championships

The New Day and Usos have dominated the SmackDown Live tag team scene for the better part of 2017.  Their classic rivalry through the Summer and Fall set the division above and apart from their RAW counterparts.  The addition of Rusev/Aiden English and Gable/Benjamin add an interesting note to an old song.

Going into tonight’s event, Rusev and Aiden English have had the hot hand gaining victories over The New Day and Usos.  Gable and Benjamin have also had their sights set on The Usos for weeks.  So both of the new teams have some momentum going for them in this match.

The constants that are The New Day and Usos, however, know each other so well the other teams may not even be a factor.  Since their feud has ended both The Usos and New Day have seemed to had a truce built on respect.

I could see them working together to eliminate the other teams and then lock horns again.  But With the momentum firmly on their side, I think the upset will come in the form of Rusev and Aiden English getting the shock victory.  As I said above, The Usos and New Day will team during a melee, but then Rusev/English will sneak in to steal the pin and the tag titles.
