The WWE could use some more talent in their tag team division, and it sounds like War Machine could be making their way from Ring of Honor to the “E”.
War Machine competed in a match at Ring of Honor’s “Final Battle” pay per view, defeating “The Addiction”, which is a tag team comprised of wrestling veterans Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian.
There’s no doubt that War Machine are one of the most talented tag teams outside of WWE, seeing as how they have won tag team titles in Ring of Honor, NJPW (twice), and WCPW. Few tag teams have the chemistry that Hanson and Raymond Rowe do together, and they could be bringing that chemistry to the WWE.
According to WrestlingNews.Co, War Machine took on “Coast 2 Coast” at an ROH taping on Saturday and took a bow after their loss. What fuels the rumors of a WWE move is a report attributed to the Wrestling Observer News’s Dave Meltzer in July, stating that the WWE were interested in signing War Machine after they finished working with ROH and NJPW.

It looks like this could become a reality, and it’s worth noting that Rowe and SmackDown Live superstar Sarah Logan, who was recently called up from NXT to join the “Riott Squad”, are in a relationship.
The War Machine would be a huge get for the WWE, because they are one of the most entertaining tag teams in the world. Their bruising style would add another element of excitement to NXT’s tag division, which needs another shot of top talent, especially if The Authors of Pain finally make a move to the main roster. Plus, the War Machine members move with such speed and grace for men of their size, and that’s an element of tag team wrestling the WWE could most definitely use in 2018.
