What were the biggest questions the superstars of WWE Raw and SmackDown left in the ring this week?

WWE teased big things on the way for us as Raw celebrated its 25th anniversary and both shows built towards the Royal Rumble PPV. Legends returned to the ring and a major title change revealed WWE’s potential WrestleMania plans. In the midst of all this, Monday night underwhelmed for the most part. The much-anticipated 25th anniversary of Raw was nowhere near the promised spectacle it should have been.

However, Tuesday night tried to make up for it to an extent. AJ Styles faced both of his Royal Rumble foes in singles action and realized how easily he could lose the title come Sunday. The Blue brand continued to build towards Bobby Roode vs Jinder Mahal, despite the program having any traction. Also, Rusev and Aiden English continue to be booked as heels, quite questionably.

Enzo Amore’s release from the company has been making the rounds in the WWE Universe as well. As such, the Cruiserweight division has been left without a champion. Daniel Bryan announced this week that a new General Manager would be introduced for the division soon. How it affects the Cruiserweights and their attendance on Monday nights need to be seen. Moreover, seeing as the Cruiserweights were a part of the Raw roster, why was Bryan the one to announce this?

As we turn our attention towards the Rumble, there have been many rumors and news to nitpick from. Fans have been coming up with theories that range from a Daniel Bryan return to EC3 making a triumphant return. Those questions have been discussed in great length throughout the week. For now, we will keep our questions restricted to the events that happened around us in the WWE, throughout the week that passed by us.
