WWE Elimination Chamber 2018: 3 Superstars That Need A Win The Most

WWE Elimination Chamber 2018 is only days away as the red brand makes its final pay-per-view stop on the road to WrestleMania.
At WWE Elimination Chamber 2018, there will be several important battles, including two Elimination Chamber matches with a lot at stake. Seven men will compete for a Universal Championship opportunity at WrestleMania 34, but a history-making match will also take place.
For the first time in WWE history, there will be a women’s Elimination Chamber match with the Raw Women’s Championship on the line. There are several superstars that could benefit from a win at Elimination Chamber, but which one’s need a win the most?
The card might not be officially set in stone yet, but let’s take a look at three superstars that need a win the most at WWE Elimination Chamber 2018.
3. Matt Hardy
When The Hardy Boyz returned to the WWE at WrestleMania 33 in shocking fashion, many fans wondered when the most popular gimmick in pro wrestling would appear with Matt and Jeff. It took a while, but Matt is officially Woken.
This came about thanks to Bray Wyatt, seemingly the perfect opponent for Woken Matt to go against. And while the feud has had its positive moments, there’s been plenty of not so positive moments as well. Matt has yet to gain much of an advantage over Wyatt, which has started to lessen his momentum since becoming Woken.
It was announced on the most recent edition of Raw that Wyatt and Hardy will face each other at Elimination Chamber. The WWE has seemingly dropped the ball with this feud and Hardy’s gimmick as a whole lately, but this match presents a chance to get Woken Matt back on track and regain some of his momentum.
Hardy needs to defeat Wyatt at Elimination Chamber. Another loss to The Eater Of Worlds would set Woken Matt back even farther to the point where the WWE might give up on giving him any kind of creative direction. And at this point in Wyatt’s career, a loss won’t hurt him much because, quite frankly, the WWE has already wasted his potential several times over.
Woken Matt needs to go over at Elimination Chamber and regain a spark to his character that took the wrestling world by storm.
