Ren Narita & David Finlay vs. Shota Umino & Tomoyuki Oka
Nice little opening tag match here where the winner was essentially never in question. David Finlay got the pinfall after a few minutes.
Result: Ren Narita & David Finlay
Rating: 2 stars out of 5
Toa Henare & Togi Makabe vs. CHAOS (YOSHI-HASHI & Hirooki Goto)
Togi Makabe makes his return after his loss to Minrou Suzuki in what was an excellent match. Goto and YOSHI-HASHI are used to teaming with each other, but Henare & Makabe are not. This came across quite clearly in this match. While Henare & Makabe put in a valiant effort, they couldn’t overcome the experience of Goto & YOSHI-HASHI as YOSHI-HASHI got the submission win over Henare.
Result: CHAOS
Rating: 2.5 stars out of 5
The Bullet Club (Chase Owens, Tanga Loa, Yujiro Takahashi, & Bad Luck Fale) vs. Suzuki-gun (Taichi, Iizuka, Davey Boy Smith Jr., & Lance Archer)
This match was chaos from the very start with everyone brawling everywhere for several minutes. When the action came back into the ring, Yujiro Takahashi ran wild with dives and playing to the crowd. I can’t say I expected that. He showed a ton of charisma here. Chase Owens almost got the package piledriver on Lance Archer, which is insane. It wasn’t long after this that Archer and Smith hit the Killer Bomb and got the pin.
Result: Suzuki-gun
Rating: 3.5 stars out of 5
That was a ton of fun. The utter chaos in this match makes it a must watch. This was really good stuff.
