The final WWE Raw before WrestleMania 34 was the final chance for the red brand to make a statement heading into the showcase of the immortals.

While not everything was perfect about the April 2 edition of WWE Raw, there were more than enough positives to take away that help out the build towards WrestleMania 34.

The WWE universe is only days away from witnessing the granddaddy of them all and the red brand has some of the most compelling matches of the show.  With that being said, let’s take a look at five key takeaways from the April 2 edition of WWE Raw.

5. Sasha Banks And Bayley Feud Deserves Prime Position At WrestleMania 34

There are a few key women’s matches at WrestleMania 34 that should be highlights of the show.  But one feud, in particular, has been as good or better than any women’s feud heading into WrestleMania 34, and that feud won’t even see a one-on-one match.

The friendship of Sasha Banks and Bayley has been falling apart over the past couple months with constant disagreements and confusion.  These developments have led to a memorable feud and memorable storytelling over the past several weeks on Raw, including last night where the two not seeing eye-to-eye showed itself again.

Bayley had a one-on-one match with Sonya Deville of Absolution and after a hard-fought win, Bayley got jumped by Absolution.  Banks then hit the ring and helped fend off Absolution, but it wasn’t for the well-being of Bayley.  The Boss told Bayley to raise her hand in the air, but Bayley didn’t take too kindly of this request and the two went at it again before both being laid out by Absolution.

This has been arguably the best women’s feud heading into WrestleMania 34 and despite not getting its own one-on-one match at the show, both women will be in the Women’s Battle Royal.  They need a marquee spot in the match to help continue the feud and it would be a really nice touch to see them as the final two participants in the battle royal.

The Boss and The Hugger aren’t on the same page and their feud needs a prime position at the showcase of the immortals.
