5 Biggest Storylines Heading Into WWE WrestleMania 34

The time has finally come for WWE WrestleMania 34 inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana this Sunday where the top storylines in the WWE will be on full display.

WWE WrestleMania 34 has a stacked card that should result in a great pay-per-view offering by the WWE on the grandest stage of them all in front of 75,000 live members of the WWE universe and millions watching around the world.

Both Raw and SmackDown are represented well with some big-time matches and storylines.  But which storylines are the biggest?  Let’s take a look at the five biggest storylines heading into WWE WrestleMania 34 for only confirmed matches up to this point.

5. Can Alexa Bliss Continue Out-Maneuvering Nia Jax?

A feud that has taken a personal turn over the past few weeks has been the feud between Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax.  These former allies turned enemies will clash at WrestleMania 34 with the Raw Women’s Championship on the line.

Bliss has been the Raw Women’s Champion for several months dating back to 2017, but will face her toughest challenge to date when she must go face-to-face with The Irresistible Force.  This feud has been built on betrayal and insults courtesy of The Goddess, who has made it a point to try to degrade Jax personally and professionally.

Jax has inspired fear out of Bliss over the past few weeks with Bliss barely escaping each time.  But at WrestleMania 34, can Bliss continue to out-maneuver Jax?  The Goddess has played the cowardly heel role perfectly in recent weeks to the point where she has the upper hand heading into WrestleMania 34.

But can that continue?  Bliss will have to square off with Jax and won’t be able to run away this time.  That doesn’t mean she can’t find a way to continue to out-maneuver The Irresistible Force, however.  There seems to be no way possible that Bliss will beat Jax clean, if at all, so she will have to get creative if she wants to retain her title.

The Goddess will meet a motivated irresistible force on Sunday, but it will probably take more creativity out of the Raw Women’s Champion to retain her title.
