Everyone has their opinion on what will happen at WWE WrestleMania 34. The Daily DDT staff is no different.
There’s only a few days left before the big day. WWE WrestleMania 34 is this Sunday, taking place in New Orleans. Last time WrestleMania was in NOLA, The Streak™ was broken, and Daniel Bryan ruled the wrestling world.
This year, things are a little different. We haven’t seen The Undertaker in action since last year’s Mania. Daniel Bryan hasn’t competed in a couple of years – but he’s making his grand comeback on Sunday. And Roman Reigns has main evented every WrestleMania since the last trip to The Big Easy – possibly including this year’s show.
Some things never change, though. Triple H is still in a marquee match, this time teaming up with Stephanie McMahon. They’ll face Kurt Angle and the debuting Ronda Rousey, making the transition from MMA to pro wrestling. There’s another undefeated streak on the line this year, though it covers more than just WrestleMania – Asuka hasn’t been defeated in the nearly three years she’s been in NXT and WWE.
How about the pair of battles royal taking place on the Kickoff Show? Or the nine championship matches scheduled throughout the night? And there’s still a question of whether or not The Undertaker will show up to answer John Cena’s challenge. (He totally will, though.)
With Mania right around the corner, the Daily DDT staff is making predictions for the show. It’s WWE’s biggest show of the year, so we’re going all out. Who will win, who will lose, who will be Braun Strowman’s mystery partner – we get to all of it.
Without further ado, here’s what we see going down on Sunday at WWE WrestleMania 34.
