Riott Squad moves to RAW, attacks Bayley and Sasha Banks (Video)

The trio of Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan, and Liv Morgan made a big splash during the Superstar Shake-Up, as they interfered in the Bayley/Banks grudge match and left them laying. The Riott Squad has arrived on WWE Raw.

Former SmackDown stars Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan, collectively known as The Riott Squad made their RAW debuts as part of the Superstar Shake-Up and made quite an impression. The trio interrupted a heated match between Bayley and Sasha Banks and left both women beaten in the middle of the ring. They slid in the ring while Banks had Bayley locked in the Bank Statement and put the boots to the two ladies.

All three women were called up from NXT to SmackDown Live after Survivor Series and quickly established themselves as heels, attacking the likes of Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Naomi. They received some criticism for their eery resemblance to RAW trio Absolution (Paige, Mandy Rose, and Sonya Deville).

That notwithstanding, the group found their footing and were inserted into the SmackDown Women’s title picture. Riott challenged Charlotte at Fastlane last February, where she fell short in a very good match. With their attack on Bayley and Banks, it looks like Riott, Logan, and Morgan will feud with them to start.

With these three ladies moving over to RAW, that leaves the door open for Absolution to move to SmackDown. Of course, their former stablemate Paige is now the SmackDown General Manager, so that shift makes a lot of sense. With The Iconic Duo there now, I expect both of those ladies to turn face, should they go there.
