WWE Superstar Shakeup 2018: The Miz Is Ready For SmackDown Live
The fans have been beginning for a match between The Miz and Daniel Bryan, and it sounds like this dream could soon become a reality as a result of WWE Superstar Shakeup 2018.
As arrogant as ever, The Miz came out on WWE Raw, ready to announce the newest members of the Raw roster during WWE Superstar Shakeup 2018. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens were fired from SmackDown Live after losing to Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon in a tag match at WrestleMania 34, and they missed their opportunity to join Raw during the episode after WrestleMania when they tied each other in a head-to-head match.
Despite this, Owens and Zayn have indeed joined Raw, as Zayn announced via a letter written by commissioner Stephanie McMahon, who overruled Kurt Angle. Zayn and Owens embraced The Miz and the Miztourage, eager to join forces with the trio and form a group that The Miz called a bigger deal than the NWO.
Instead, Angle announced that Miz would be headed to SmackDown Live in the Superstar Shakeup, noting that Bryan specifically stated that he wanted The Miz back on the Blue Brand. Although frustrated, The Miz lit into Angle, stating that this trade was a huge mistake on Raw’s part, rightfully declaring that he will make SmackDown Live “THE” show. Sure, Talking Smack is #Obsolete, but Miz makes everything must-see and seemed to have even more freedom to reign supreme on the Blue Brand.
Angle also announced that Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel won’t join The A-Lister. This leaves them in a difficult position, because they did rely on Hollywood’s most admirable celebrity to increase their clout and remain relevant. Could they have a role with Owens and Zayn on Raw?

As for The Miz, he’s in an even better spot, and the potential for a feud with Bryan is so tantalizing that it just might be the most anticipated match for the WWE Universe right now. There’s no doubt that SmackDown Live is the right spot for The A-Lister, but plenty of questions will need to be answered both on Tuesday night and in the weeks to come.
