3. The IIconics

You have no idea how painful it was for me to type that. Why must Vince McMahon change Peyton Royce and Billie Kay to the “IIconics”, which is just embarrassingly awkward to type? Why couldn’t they just be the “Iconic Duo”? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? WHY DO YOU CALL BURRITOS STEAK WRAPS?

Sorry about that. Anyway, the IIconics are one of the most charismatic and, ahem, iconic duos in Sports Entertainment, and they’ve already made a huge impact on Tuesday nights. Kay and Royce were responsible for ending Charlotte Flair’s reign as SmackDown Women’s Champion, because their beatdown of “The Queen” allowed Carmella to dethrone Charlotte with her Money in the Bank briefcase.

On the most recent episode of SmackDown Live, the IIconics had a tremendous impression of Charlotte, which needs to become a weekly thing at this point. I doubt they’ll get the better of Charlotte and her best friend Becky Lynch, but their antics will be entertaining to watch. Moreover, they are so meddlesome that I wonder if they could drive a wedge between another friendship.

Royce is one of the more underrated wrestlers on the roster, and she has a real chance to become a breakout star at some point on the main roster. The IIconics take advantage of every single second of mic time they get, regardless of whether or not they are on the show or cutting a backstage promo. I look forward to seeing how the main roster audience reacts to one of the most outrageously synchronized friendships in wrestling.
