The Finals:
As mentioned, if started soon this tournament and inaugural division could pay off at TakeOver: Chicago. Having the division kick off with a stirring tournament that features some big time names while also showcasing the young talent that NXT currently houses would be a tremendous way to introduce a new championship.
But how would it all go down? For this writer at least, there’s only one way to conclude this tournament in true NXT fashion and that would be for Bianca Belair and Lacey Evans to take home the gold. And not only should they win, but they should take out LeRae and Sane in the finals in convincing fashion.

NXT has always been the land of opportunity for the new and upcoming future superstars and that’s what Belair and Evans represent in spades. This would not only make them first ever champions which would bring some more fanfare to two rising talents but would also ensure that the new titles would be in good hands for the future. And by the time Baszler has completed her run as NXT champ and moves up, Belair and Evans will not only be known as gatekeepers, but two women who are poised to be future NXT Women’s Champions.
