The “Women’s Revolution” as it was coined, helped place talents such as Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Becky Lynch and others in the forefront – garnering the same type of accolades that come with their male counterparts. We’ve seen the Women’s Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber matches, Hell in the Cell and more main event slots on Monday Night Raw. This is the type of exposure that trailblazers like Lita, Trish Stratus, Jacqueline and others fought for when women’s wrestling wasn’t what it is today.

Fans have started speculating more about the possible development of a women’s tag team division. If that is the case, there are a lot of different pairings that we could witness within the WWE. This list looks at some of the top pairings that would create interesting teams that allow for long term storylines.
