8. Moose

Although he’s coming off of a loss at Redemption, Moose wasn’t pinned, nor did he go insane after the match. On the contrary, he’s on a potential collision course with Austin Aries, who seemingly turned heel after losing the Impact World Championship to Pentagon Jr. at Redemption. Moose called out Aries for making excuses for his loss, to which Aries responded by dubbing himself the “star quarterback”, explaining that Moose should stay in his lane and protect Aries. Of course, Moose didn’t take kindly to that and told Aries to screw himself.

Just as there’s a reason why “Johnny Impact” earned his name, there’s also a reason why Moose is known as “Mr. Impact”. He’s one of the biggest stars in the company, and the crowd loves the guy. Big things are ahead for Moose, including a potential rivalry with Aries.

7. Matt Sydal- X Division Champion

Matt Sydal is putting together the best work of his career right now, and his match against Petey Williams at Redemption told a fantastic story that was a bit different from what I expected going into the match. The relationship between Sydal and Josh Mathews is absolute gold, and Sydal will get a chance to have a lights-out match with Taiji Ishimori next week on Impact TV.
