8. Charlotte Flair

At Backlash, Charlotte Flair lost to Carmella in fluke fashion, and some fans were frustrated that Carmela, the SmackDown Women’s Champion, won so cleanly. This loss seems to have lit a fire under Flair’s character, as she defeated Peyton Royce on SmackDown Live to qualify for the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match.

Now, Charlotte is the last person who needs to be winning the briefcase, and the briefcase doesn’t fit her character at all, especially since she’s currently a babyface. However, I do expect a heel turn from Charlotte in the near future.

7. The Bludgeon Brothers (SmackDown Tag Team Champions)

Since successfully defending the SmackDown Tag Team Championships against The Usos at the Greatest Royal Rumble Pay Per View, Harper and Rowan haven’t been doing much. But they did get a little vignette on SmackDown last week, and it was brilliantly creepy. I personally can’t wait until they get involved in a program with Sanity, who could be sleepers to win a tag team Money in the Bank match, if such a match were to happen.

As of right now, the Bludgeon Brothers don’t have a set challenger for the tag titles. The Usos have been off television lately, while the New Day and the Bar have been (wisely) embroiled in a feud. Sanity has yet to debut, and the Club’s only recent appearance came in the AJ Styles/Shinsuke Nakamura storyline. The tag division is in a transition phase from the Superstar Shakeup to its first real programs, but hopefully we get some more clarity on the Bludgeon Brothers’ challengers next week.
