16. Alexa Bliss (last week: unranked)

I’d say it’s shocking that Little Miss Bliss has been absent from all previous editions of our Raw power rankings. But the fact of the matter is that the former Women’s Champion has done very little on Mondays since WrestleMania. Can’t make a Top 20 list if you’re only delivering PSAs about bullying.

But this week, Bliss not only competed, but she won. And the match she won was a qualifying match for the Money in the Bank ladder match. By defeating Bayley and Mickie James, Bliss has put herself in a great position to potentially win her Raw Women’s Championship back in the near future. Getting back to basics is always a good thing, and Bliss did just that this week.

15. Bobby Roode (last week: 15)

Even though he won a match to qualify for the MITB match, Bobby Roode holds steady this week just by virtue of so many people higher up on this list having a great week. It’s not a knock on Roode, but just trying to keep things in perspective. And let’s be real: Roode beat No Way Jose to qualify. It’s not like he ended Goldberg’s undefeated streak, or won the title from Bruno Sammartino after a seven-year championship reign.

Still, The Glorious One needed a solid victory after taking the brunt of the damage in a mini-feud with Elias. If he can maintain this momentum into MITB, he’s got a legit chance to grab the briefcase and potentially become world champion. Either way, it’s Roode’s highest profile match since joining the WWE main roster last summer.
