The Bludgeon Brothers (c) vs. The Club for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships

At the Greatest Royal Rumble, the Bludgeon Brothers successfully defended the SmackDown Tag Team Championships against The Usos, ending their rivalry with the greatest tag team in WWE. The Bludgeon Brothers won the titles off of The Usos at WrestleMania 34 in a Triple Threat match that included The New Day, and the look poised to continue their dominance on SmackDown Live.

On the most recent episode of SmackDown, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson kicked out of several big moves from The Usos to become the No. 1 contenders to the SmackDown Tag Team Championships. The Club were only seen sparingly on television, much like all the other tag teams aside from The New Day and The Bar, since the Superstar Shakeup, so it was exciting to see them win in a big match.

Although The Club are longshots to take the titles off of Harper and Rowan I’m hoping for a good match here. Gallows and Anderson looked great against The Usos on SmackDown Live, with Anderson in particular standing out when he tagged in and went on a rampage.

I expect the Bludgeon Brothers to hang onto the titles until they drop them to SummerSlam at Sanity. Big things from Killian Dain are on the horizon.

Prediction: The Bludgeon Brothers
