Seth Rollins (c) vs. Jason Jordan For The Intercontinental Championship

This is total fantasy booking on my part, but I’d love to see Jason Jordan as Seth Rollins’s challenger for the Intercontinental Championship at Money in the Bank. Although Jordan hasn’t been cleared to return yet after undergoing neck surgery on Feb. 5, he will reportedly be at the Raw tapings next week in Richmond, Virginia.

That doesn’t necessarily mean Jordan will be back next week, but it is an indication that he will be able to return soon. He’s been out for nearly four months, and when he comes back, he’ll be itching to give his kayfabe father, Kurt Angle, a reason to put him in a title match.

Jordan and Rollins were once Raw Tag Team Champions together, but while both of them were on the same team, there was friction between them. See, Jordan disobeyed Rollins on multiple occasions, and he was very clearly in it for himself. Beyond that, Jordan would try and insert himself as another member of the Shield, which pleased neither Rollins nor “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns (yes, I do like calling him “The Big Dog”).

Right now, Rollins is the hottest superstar in WWE, and his matches with the likes of The Miz, Finn Balor, and Kevin Owens have been absolute show-stealers. Jordan is one of the best athletes and technicians on the main roster, too, so he and Rollins would undoubtedly have a killer match at Money in the Bank.

But no matter what, Rollins ain’t losing.

Prediction: Seth Rollins
