Santana and Ortiz Meet The King
Santana and Ortiz have another backstage meltdown after their loss to Cult of Lee, but they stopped when “King” appears (Eddie Kingston). He informs Santana and Ortiz that Konnan was jumped but that he’s in a safe spot now. This reassures Santana and Ortiz, but they are still on edge about their losses. “King” tells them that he needs LAX to “step up” by bringing back the “hunger” they had before they became Impact World Tag Team Champions. This sounds like it will be the catalyst for LAX to finally right the ship.

Austin Aries Video Package Before Title Match Next Week
Austin Aries says that Pentagon Jr. tries to intimidate his opponents, but he says that nobody has been able to intimidate him in wrestling. He has strong words for Pentagon Jr., stating that at “Under Pressure”, it will be a different environment. Not only will it be a one-on-one match, but Aries will also be the hunter in this case. He says the Impact World Championship still belongs to him and that he is the one true champion in Impact.
I doubt Aries wins this match. I think he’ll pull out all the stops, only to have Pentagon Jr. pull off some moves that Aries just didn’t see coming. It should be an exciting match, and I’m hoping it ends up being one of the best matches of June when it’s all said and done.
