4. Shinsuke Nakamura Doesn’t Beat Tye Dillinger

I see a lot of fans complaining about the Shinsuke Nakamura vs. AJ Styles feud being dragged out, and while I can understand where they are coming from on some level, I’m honestly enjoying this feud a lot. Any chance I get to watch these two interacting with each other is something I cherish, because I know Nakamura and Styles won’t be feuding or wrestling forever; I want to enjoy things while I can.

Furthermore, I absolutely love the psychological games these two play with each other. Last week, Nakamura leveled Styles on the outside with a Kinsasha Knee Strike, and he started to count to ten to signify that he wants their match at Money in the Bank to be a Last Man Standing match. Nakamura’s charisma really shines through as a heel, and his gesticulations are wildly entertaining and mildly disturbing.

Nakamura has been busy showing his heel side off to Tye Dillinger on Twitter, and the entertaining back-and-forth on Twitter caused SmackDown Live GM Paige to book a match between “The Artist” and “The Perfect Ten” for tonight’s show.

While Nakamura is the obvious favorite here, I don’t think he’ll actually defeat Dillinger here. Although the win would be helpful for Nakamura, I see him being tabbed to win the WWE Championship at Money in the Bank. Dillinger doesn’t need to take a pin here. I think Nakamura will try to pull something sinister, and AJ Styles will step in to make the save. After last week’s ten count, I hope Styles does the same thing to taunt Nakamura tonight.
