3. Naomi And Lana Dance-Off

The women’s Money in the Bank ladder match should be a very intriguing battle with the chance of a lifetime at stake.  But last night saw two of its members take part in a more lighthearted exchange that fell into the category of sports entertainment rather than pro wrestling.

Naomi and Lana are both in the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match, but the women competed in a dance-off last night with The Usos and Rusev and Aiden English present to watch as well.  This could have turned out bad or cringe-worthy given the WWE’s track record of segments like this, but it turned out better than that.

Lana kicked things off with some impressive dancing of her own before Naomi responded impressively as well.  Then the two appeared to be on the same page and danced simultaneously, but Lana had other ideas and began attacking Naomi.  Both women went at each other before the men got involved.

The Usos fended off Rusev and English while Naomi did the same to Lana before it all calmed down.  Overall, this was an entertaining segment that was a benefit to the overall show last night.  These superstars should be able to continue this newfound feud in the weeks to come heading into Money In The Bank in just under three weeks.

Dance-offs have a place in the WWE from time to time and last night was one of those places where it worked.
