WWE: 3 Potential Feuds For Ronda Rousey (After Nia Jax)

2. Natalya

The real-life relationship between Ronda Rousey and Natalya has already been documented on Raw in recent weeks.  Natalya has trained with Rousey and the two are friends off-screen and on-screen, but that could play directly into the WWE’s hands sometime down the road.

Natalya has had a nice career resurgence over the past year or so, winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship in the second-half of 2017 and since heading over to Raw during the superstar shakeup, she has turned babyface and seen a nice change of pace from what she had been doing.  But one way to take her to another level would be a feud with her friend, The Rowdy One.

Regardless of if Rousey wins the Raw Women’s Championship or not, a feud with Natalya could be fantastic.  Maybe Natalya gets jealous of how quickly Rousey rises to the top of the women’s division on Monday nights and she starts feeling bitter about it.  Maybe she thinks Rousey is ungrateful for all the help Natalya has given her in her WWE transformation.

There are many ways the WWE could go about this, but this seems like a logical way of accomplishing it.  It would give Natalya instant main event quality to be in a feud with a household name like Rousey, but it would also likely teach Rousey another thing or two given how seasoned Natalya is at this point.

The friendship could have a lot left in the tank, but a heel turn by Natalya and subsequent feud with The Rowdy One could be a smash hit.
