ROH Wrestling Episode 350: Results, Grades, and Analysis

This episode of ROH Wrestling saw Austin Aries face off against Silas Young for the ROH World Television Championship, as Aries looked to collect another belt.

Cody opens the show, talking about All In, and the crowd is cheering. Cody claimed that he has taken the leadership role in the Bullet Club, that he’s the next senator of Texas, and the next NWA Worlds Champion. He said the world is not enough, and he wants his ROH World Championship back. Cody claimed that Marty is his Bullet Club subordinate, and I imagine Marty isn’t happy about Cody saying that.

Marty Scurll came out to a huge positive reaction. It seems that the ROH fans in Chicago like Marty a lot more than they like Cody. Marty said that Cody loves to tell the world how great he is, but Marty doesn’t need that because everyone already knows he’s great. Scurll claimed that Cody is a little bit intimidated with him. Marty said he was going to go through Cody to win the ROH World championship.

Marty offered a handshake. Cody said Marty is a good guy, and they shook hands. Marty then grabbed Cody’s fingers and looked like he was going to break them! He slapped Cody’s hand instead, and Cody look shaken. This was an excellent promo to build for ROH Best in the World on June 29.

After an ad break, Silas Young cut a promo on Austin Aries, who faces Aries in the main event.
