Moon Shines in Fatal 4 Way

Raw was kicked off with what for the most part was a bad opening promo with the eight men and women who will be in the two Money in the Bank ladder matches this Sunday… standing on ladders. Ignoring that though, this would lead to four way match between the four women representing Raw in the ladder match this Sunday, and what an opening match it was. Ember Moon was easily the highlight of this match, just incredible showing of the athleticism she possesses throughout this match. She started off doing a fall away slam immediately followed by a kip up.

Ember also pulled off what was one of the best looking suicide dives I’ve ever seen later in the match. If you think about it, with how often we see superstars now use a suicide dive, it’s almost just another spot sometimes. For Ember to take this spot and turn it into what it was is pretty remarkable. She would dive over the bottom rope going at least 200 miles per hour I would say, launching herself at Sasha Banks, and the two would crash hard into the barricade.

Sasha, Bliss, and Natalya also played their parts well in this match, keeping the action fast paced throughout. It appeared as though Ember was going to pick up the win after hitting Natalya with the Eclipse, but Bliss would come in and throw Moon to the outside, and then into the steel steps. Bliss came back into the ring to pin Natalya, but it would be broken up at the last second by Banks. Sasha would attempt to put Alexa in the Bank Statement, but Alexa would counter throwing her into the ring post. This gave Natalya enough time to recover though, and would end up putting Bliss in the sharpshooter to get the submission victory.

Absolutely great match here, I really didn’t know who was going to win this one and by the end of it I would have been fine with any of them getting the win. Ember Moon continues to impress me with her in ring work, and this match got me very excited to see what she will be capable of doing in the ladder match this Sunday. Natalya getting the win helps build her up to possibly win the match on Sunday, which is intriguing with her current story line with Ronda Rousey, should she win the Women’s Title.
