What were the 5 worst segments on WWE Television this week?

Just a heads up, all five of these are from Raw this week. I tried to find anything from SmackDown that would fit the bill for this, but there really wasn’t anything that bad on SmackDown. So, that said, let’s take a look at the 5 worst segments on WWE Television this week.

LOL- Lots of Ladders

This week’s Monday Night Raw kicked off very awkwardly. We had the eight competitors representing Raw in the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder match having a promo… while standing on ladders. Corey Graves stated he’d “never seen anything like this.” He must have forgot when this same thing happened two years ago. I didn’t like it two years ago and to no surprise, I still didn’t like it two years later.

This was so contrived and awkward, and it was hard to take any of the content of the promo seriously being that everyone was standing on ladders for no reason. They would later by Kurt Angle, then Baron Corbin. Genuinely can’t remember much of what either of them said, so that shows how much of an impression this segment left on me.

The only saving grace in this for me was Kevin Owens and Braun Strowman. Owens tried to convince Baron Corbin that Strowman had an unfair advantage for the match on Sunday by being so much taller than everyone else, and that they should raise the briefcase higher when he is climbing. Strowman did his regular “everyone is gonna get these hands” thing and that was about it.
