2. Becky Lynch vs. Sonya Deville

The ultimate “so close, but not close enough” superstar in the women’s division over the past several months has to be Becky Lynch.  She has come close to major success on several different occasions, but just couldn’t quite reach it in the end.

The WWE hasn’t booked her well at all over the past year or so, but it appears as if she is finally getting back on track with some wins under her belt.  That trend continued last night when Lynch battled Sonya Deville in one-on-one action, looking to get even more momentum following Money In The Bank.

Not only has Lynch been getting momentum by winning matches lately, but she has been having solid match after solid match in the process.  That would continue last night when she and Deville had a solid match that didn’t get enough time, but they still made the most out of it.  The Irish Lass Kicker wouldn’t let the opportunity go to waste and in the end, got another key win.

Lynch is on a winning streak and those are words that haven’t been uttered in quite some time.  Maybe the WWE is finally pushing Lynch back to the place she has deserved to be at and the place she was at when she became the first-ever SmackDown Women’s Champion back in 2016.  Hopefully the WWE keeps this up.

Sometimes wins and losses do mean a lot in the WWE and The Irish Lass Kicker is turning her wins into key momentum.
