Nicknamed “The Baddest Women On The Planet”, Ronda Rousey has shown us in a matter of months that she is the next “women’s champion.”

However, if given the opportunity to hold that prestigious women’s title, who could match up to her, be a challenge, and take her to her limit? We saw how she squared-off with the indestructible force, Nia Jax, by almost making her tap out. But it all comes down to passion, heart, and resilience.

Here are five possible future opponents for Ronda Rousey.

4. The Empress Of Tomorrow, Asuka!

In so little time, Asuka has done what most superstars couldn’t do. Asuka has held the NXT Championship for 510 consecutive days before having to vacate it on August 24, 2017, due to an injury. A fatal four-way match involving Kairi Sane, Nikki Cross, Peyton Royce, and Ember Moon took place to decide the next winner. Moon pinned Nikki Cross to win the vacant title, and Asuka was given the honor of handing over the championship to Moon in a respectful manner.

In 2017, Asuka became the first-ever Women’s Royal- Rumble Winner. These are things Ronda Rousey hasn’t experienced, which would give Asuka the upper-hand.

The possibility of a Rousey Vs. Asuka match, it’d make the next WrestleMania main event card for sure. You could even consider a submission match at No Mercy or some other possible PPV. Rousey will almost certainly win, but let’s say she didn’t and Asuka pulled off the biggest upset? The WWE Universe would go absolutely insane!

How would you feel if the “Baddest Woman On The Planet” lost to the “Empress of Tomorrow”? It would be a 50/50 reaction due to the high volume fans of “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey. Two expert submissions: the Asuka lock and the arm-bar. Who do you think would be able to lock theirs in first? Asuka or Rousey?

With that said, Is Rousey ready for Asuka?
