With WrestleMania 34 way in the rear window, and SummerSlam incoming, that means that some plans for WrestleMania 35 start to be seen on WWE TV. Let’s take a look at 5 dream matches that could potentially happen at next year’s Mania.
5. Braun Strowman vs Roman Reigns, No Disqualification for the WWE Universal Championship
With Brock Lesnar now inevitably making a UFC return, Vince McMahon (thankfully) won’t be able do a Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns match for the 4th time. However, Roman will still be in a big time match and who better than, to be honest who should be the a”true face” of WWE, Braun Strowman.
Braun Strowman, especially since breaking out as “The Monster Among Men” has become a fan favourite, and in this situation, this is the perfect chance to turn Roman Reigns heel, that way, you have your perfect heel vs face feud going down, and the personal rivalry between these 2 superstars would make it that much more special. Roman Reigns as a heel, with a much darker and aggressive side could be very entertaining to watch, as he tries to overcome the Monster who’s ran the yard in Strowman.
We have seen their matches before and honestly, it’s being captivating and the matches they have put on have been really entertaining. Imagine what these two superstars would be able to do on the grandest stage… In a no DQ match. It would add a whole different layer to the match.
Just due to how Roman has being pushed, I would go with Roman Reigns picking up the win and finally overcoming the Monster Among Men to give Reigns his crowning moment.
