4. Toni Storm

Toni Storm is so good, so young, and has so much room to get even better. The 22-year old New Zealand-native has been one of the best women’s wrestlers in the world for quite a while now, and is almost sure to be the first NXT UK Women’s Champion. Not only does she deserve it, but she is a perfect figurehead for the brand and its women’s division in every facet. Storm feels like a huge presence, has great name-brand appeal, and has all the tools to be a champion on the main roster.

Storm is, again, only 22, so you can have her hold the NXT UK Women’s Championship for as long as you want, and really let her establish a presence. Then, when the next big thing takes the belt from her, it feels like a huge deal, and Storm is white-hot coming onto the main roster.

Storm is a big name already, and giving her a long, almost Asuka-esque reign with a developmental title can mean big things for the primarily Australia-based wrestler. It’s easy to see big things coming for Storm in the next few years, and she could quite easily become a staple of the WWE’s women’s division for a decade or even longer.
