4. Becky Lynch vs. Mandy Rose

It took a while, but Becky Lynch has been on a wave of momentum over the past couple months on SmackDown.  The first-ever SmackDown Women’s Champion had been an afterthought for a while, but the WWE appears to finally be taking her seriously again as a potential championship threat.

Lynch is on a solid winning streak as of late and that winning streak would get another test in Mandy Rose last night.  This would wind up being a high-stakes match for Lynch, who was looking farther ahead than just Rose.  Given the SmackDown Women’s Championship picture at the moment, The Irish Lass Kicker could definitely make her way back in the picture.

The match with Rose was a pretty good match overall, but it just lacked in duration and felt like it was rushed as a whole.  However, it did what it needed to do for Lynch to continue to look impressive and she made Rose tap out to get another win.  But post-match saw Lynch voice her plans loud and clear.

She said she’s been patiently waiting and now, given her momentum, she wants to get an opportunity at Carmella and the SmackDown Women’s Championship.  GM Paige agreed backstage and she told Carmella that she would be facing Lynch next week, but if Lynch wins, she will face Carmella at SummerSlam for the title.

The Irish Lass Kicker vs. God’s Greatest Creation was pretty good in the grand scheme of things and only furthers the momentum Lynch has been on.

Final Grade: B-
