Randy Orton tried to rip out Jeff Hardy’s ear, AJ Styles defeated Andrade “Cien” Almas, and Becky Lynch could finally get a title opportunity. But how did these events impact this week’s WWE SmackDown Power Rankings?

On this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, we saw plenty of action, with the biggest angle coming in the main event. Jeff Hardy wanted to take back the United States Championship from Shinsuke Nakamura, but just as he was about to win, Randy Orton essentially wrote him off television with one of the most sickening beatdowns in recent memory.

How did that even shake up the power rankings? And just how high is Becky Lynch on the list after yet another victory?

10. Rusev

While Rusev lost at Extreme Rules, he took the fight right to AJ Styles and nearly had the match won at one point. There’s no shame in losing to Styles, who is an absolute machine right now. What Rusev needs to do, though, is forgive his faithful friend Aiden English, who was apologetic to the point of panic on last night’s episode of SmackDown. Lana could be interested in a split between Rusev and English, but it all comes down to what The Bulgarian George Clooney wants.

9. The Usos

Although The Usos haven’t been on WWE Television recently, it’s easy to forget that they teamed up with Jeff Hardy to defeat Sanity. You know, the same trio that is now 2-for-2 against the New Day after defeating them at Extreme Rules and in a singles match (Kofi Kingston vs. Eric Young) on SmackDown Live.

The Usos have already missed out on their opportunity to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championships off of the Bludgeon Brothers, but, make no mistake, they are still the best tag team in WWE. And since they faced The Bar in a dark match before SmackDown Live, it looks like they won’t be away from TV for long.
