2. Tessa Blanchard Will Help Madison Rayne Win The Knockouts Championship

Now, we’ve all seen what a toll Su Yung’s psychological warfare can take on her opponents. The promo Impact produced on the latest episode was quality-wise something so far beyond what you’d ever expect to see on a wrestling show, and it’s things like that have left most of the Knockouts in fear of Su Yung.

Madison Rayne is no pushover, but it’s been made clear over the past few weeks that she’s not invulnerable to Su Yung’s “charm”. Su is definitely in Madison’s head, and whether or not Madison will that cost her the Knockouts Championship is really undetermined.

Enter interference from Tessa Blanchard on behalf of Madison Rayne, who had a feud with Madison leading up to Madison’s championship opportunity. Tessa Blanchard wants a title shot, and she wants to prove she can beat Madison after already losing to her twice.

Tessa, in her own mind, has just as much of a stake in this as either Su or Madison. If Madison won, Tessa wouldn’t have to challenge the terrifying Su for the the title, and she could eventually beat Madison in the most embarrassing way possible – for the Knockouts Championship.

You have to imagine Madison may not mind mind the interference, too. Su is every ounce as formidable inside the ring as she is inside it, and if Madison had a shot to win off interference and take Su out earlier than she’d anticipated, it wouldn’t be so bad.
