5 WWE Hot Takes Of The Week: Carmella Really Is Money

Extreme Rules has now come and gone, and that PPV, along with the following Raw and SmackDown Live, has left room for plenty of hot takes!
A lot has happened this week in WWE. On Sunday, we had Extreme Rules where the Intercontinental Championship actually main evented only for fans to cheer for/with the clock rather than Seth Rollins or Dolph Ziggler.
We also got to see Roman Reigns get beat clean by none other than his own finisher as Bob Lashley hit him with a spear and picked up the win. Then, we had Asuka beat Ellsworth like a piñata only to lose to Carmella for the second time.
Rusev Day ended up becoming a Phenomenal Day as AJ Styles retained his WWE Championship, but Jeff Hardy shockingly lost his United States Championship to Shinsuke in seconds. Then, he got beaten down by a returning Randy Orton.
The B-Team is still undefeated while Team Hell No looks to be dead after their loss to the Bludgeon Brothers. Then, Ronda Rousey obviously got involved the Raw Women’s Championship match, but Alexa Bliss managed to escape with the belt.
Now, Rousey has a match against Bliss at SummerSlam, either Roman Reigns or Bobby Lashley will be challenging Brock for the Universal Championship at the event, and AJ Styles’ challenger for SummerSlam is supposed to be announced on Tuesday.
Oh, and Stephanie McMahon will be making an announcement on Raw, which one can assume will be regarding the Women’s Division and an advancement in forever progressing Women’s Evolution.
So, with all that going on in the world of WWE, let’s take a look at some of my hot takes for the week! You may not like them, but they are the truth (okay, they’re actually just MY truth).
