There will be many exhilarating segments and matches on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw, but nothing can transcend the main event caliber match-up between Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre, Ronda Rousey’s return from suspension, and Brock Lesnar’s return to have a face off with his official #1 contender for SummerSlam, Roman Reigns.
We are on the road to the biggest WWE event of the summer: SummerSlam! On tonight’s episode of WWE Raw, Seth Rollins is scheduled to battle Drew McIntyre for the second time in the main event. Finn Balor is also scheduled to battle Constable Baron Corbin in a grudge match due to the brewing tensions between them from the “funhouse prank” last week.
I foresee The Revival stepping up to the plate against B-Team for the Raw Tag Team Championships at SummerSlam. They will most likely battle Deleters of Worlds to obtain the contender’s spot. Ronda Rousey is scheduled to return as she will plan to keep Alexa Bliss and Mickie James on her radar as much as possible throughout the night.
Finally, Universal Champ Brock Lesnar is returning to Raw once more, for the WWE fans have not seen him since he last defended his title at The Greatest Royal Rumble against Roman Reigns in a steel cage match. It will be interesting to hear what Paul Heyman has to say and see what destruction Brock can leave behind on the road to SummerSlam. Also, Bobby Lashley, who lost his shot at #1 contendership last week to Roman, could step up and swivel himself into the title picture as well.
