With the 31st annual SummerSlam now fast approaching, the match card, bar a few least-important matches have being revealed. We are going to take a look at 3 potential upsets we could potentially see at this year’s SummerSlam:

3. Brock Lesnar retains the Universal Championship:

Brock Lesnar for the 3rd time this year, is defending the Universal Championship at SummerSlam against Roman Reigns. After holding the belt for a year at WrestleMania 34, we all thought they were going to give “The Big Dog” his crowning moment. However, WWE shocked the fans by pulling a swerve and having Brock Lesnar retain.

So they fought for the 2nd time at WWE’s Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia, and most of the WWE Universe was certain this time that Reigns was going to win. But, WWE made the decision to keep the championship on Brock Lesnar.

On the July 30th edition of Monday Night RAW, Brock Lesnar has started to begin his split-up with Paul Heyman, but what if this is a work? This could be to once again, trick the entire WWE Universe into thinking that the 2 are splitting up, when in fact it’s just playing mind-games.

Now personally, as much as I’m a fan of Reigns, I do want Brock Lesnar to retain, but I can’t see it. Brock still has the star power for WWE, and I tune in every week when I hear Brock is on the show. He’s good for business, and I could possibly see Brock Lesnar retaining here in what could be called a potential upset, ESPECIALLY if no commotion with the Money In The Bank briefcase holder doesn’t happen.
