The World’s largest athlete currently contributes to the WWE by mostly being an ambassador . It appears Big Show has a little bit left in that giant tank of his. Even in a limited role, Show can help elevate some of the younger talent on the roster.

Big Show has not been seen on WWE television since September. He was written off TV by getting put through a cage by Braun Strowman.  Shortly after, Show had to get hip surgery. The injury has been keeping Big Show sidelined for months. Even before the injury, it felt like the former WCW World Champion was fully retired already. Apparently the World’s Largest athlete still has an itch to be in the squared circle.

According to Bleacher Report, Show told ESPN’s Jacob Wolf that he is healthy and ready to return soon.

The 400 pounder said,

"“I could be back as soon as the Monday Night Raw after SummerSlam, if they have something for me. Just because I’m healthy, doesn’t mean our creative team is healthy for me yet.”"

The veteran will probably not be winning any world championships. However, any time a superstar works with Big Show, their character comes out more credible. There are some fresh opponents that can benefit from a battle with him.

Constable Corbin has been hitting his stride lately as a bully authority figure. The role has allowed Corbin to be more polished on the microphone. Additionally, he has become even more confident in the ring. A young big man who has not been afraid to remind everyone(including Finn Balor) that it’s a “big man’s world”.

Who better to shut him up that than the best giant of the last 15 years? The two behemoths could create a fresh, entertaining clash. More importantly he can be hired by real life friend Kurt Angle to put the Constable in his place.

Drew Mcintyre needs to beat some credible opponents while fans are still getting to know him on the main roster. At the moment he is occupied with having Dolph Ziggler’s back against Seth Rollins. Eventually Mcintyre needs to focus on his own foes. The Scottsman can go over The Big Show in a decisive manner. Beating a future hall of famer will help establish the former NXT Champion as a dangerous force.

Time will tell when the WWE universe will get to see one of the greatest giants ever in wrestling. WWE can do a swerve and have him appear on Smackdown Live even though we last seen him on Raw. The last crop of big men from the past are Undertaker, Kane, and Big Show. They are the last of their kind. Any chance to appreciate their final days is special for fans.
