We are two days removed from SummerSlam and WWE SmackDown Live stole the show! The question now is: What’s next?

SummerSlam is over, and it was a hell of a show. One that did not disappoint, even though many, including myself, expected too. There honestly wasn’t a bad match on the show. WWE burying Kevin Owens didn’t make much sense when it happened, but by the end of the night, the booking made perfect sense.

The WWE SmackDown side of the show though went perfectly. Everything happened like it should, and there was honestly nothing to be upset about at the end of the night. Feuds will continue, and new ones will start.

Miz won, but he cheated to do so, which means he hasn’t seen the last of Daniel Bryan. Jeff Hardy lost to Shinsuke, and while Orton didn’t attack like many expected him to, he did vow to handle Hardy on his own terms. Charlotte won the SDLive Women’s Championship, and Becky Lynch attacked her after the match was over.

Samoa Joe finally crossed the line with AJ Styles family leading AJ to beat the “Samoa Submission Machine” with a chair causing their match to end in a DQ. The New Day took the Bludgeon Brothers to their limit, and eventually, the Bludgeon Brothers had to attack Woods and Big E with their mallets to retain their titles by DQ. Finally, Almas and Vega beat Rusev and Lana on the pre-show via a roll-up.

All-in-all the WWE SmackDown side of SummerSlam was very good, and it has left everyone wondering, what will happen next?
