Tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live will feature two high-stakes matches, including Carmella’s rematch for the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair.

Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have taken center stage on WWE SmackDown Live after Becky attacked Charlotte at SummerSlam after their Triple Threat match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Charlotte won her seventh title in WWE by pinning Becky, who had Carmella dead-to-rights in the center of the ring with the Dis-Arm-Her locked in.

The story between Charlotte and Becky is far from over, and even the other half of the Four Horsewomen, Sasha Banks and Bayley, weighed in on Monday in a WWE.com exclusive video.

But tonight, it’s about Carmella and Charlotte, as Carmella invoked her rematch clause to face Flair for the title. Will Becky interfere? Or will Charlotte finally defeat Mella?

The other high stakes match on SmackDown Live tonight will be a Tag Team Triple Threat pitting The Bar against The Club and The Colons. We haven’t seen The Colons in ages, so their inclusion in this match is a welcome surprise. My money is on The Bar, because think about how awesome The Bar vs. The New Day would be at Hell in a Cell.

Brie Bella is back on SmackDown Live, but we did see her and Nikki Bella on Raw last night. Daniel Bryan’s feud with The Miz won’t end anytime soon, and Brie is here to help him fend off the Miz and Maryse at Hell in a Cell. What will the conniving reality stars have in store for Brie and Bryan?

If Bryan vs. Miz is the most personal feud in WWE, Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles is a very close second. Last week, Joe tried to take AJ’s soul. DADDY’S ALREADY GONE NIGHT NIGHT…

…So I can only imagine what AJ has planned this week in retaliation. But, of course, Joe knows that AJ will retaliate, so he has a counter to AJ’s plan. And AJ has a counter to his counter…Yup, mindgames are hard to keep track of, and AJ is caught up in an even more dangerous game with Joe than he was with Shinsuke Nakamura.

WWE SmackDown Live airs at 8 p.m. ET on the USA Network, so when the show begins, you can check back here for live results, highlights, and grades of WWE’s “A” show. Seriously. It’s been that dang good for months now, and we’re getting a title match, The Colons, Brie, and more build to a killer WWE Championship feud tonight.
