Coming off one of the better SummerSlams in recent history, things are really starting to look up for WWE’s main roster. September’s WWE Hell in a Cell 2018 is sure to continue this momentum with a slew of must see matches.

Most stories and feuds for WWE Hell in a Cell 2018 have already been set in motion. Still, it’s interesting to see how the card takes shape. And there’s always the question of which matches will ultimately end up inside the Hell in a Cell structure itself.

Kickoff Show:

Sasha Banks & Bayley vs The Riott Squad

The Sasha & Bayley vs Riott Squad stuff on Raw has actually been quite good. Since Ruby’s return on August 6th, The Boss n’ Hug Connection have been outmatched every step of the way. It’d be great to see that trend continue up until Hell in a Cell, where the babyface duo could finally triumph.

Cruiserweight Championship: Cedric Alexander vs Drew Gulak

I’m a big proponent of getting a Cruiserweight Title match on the main show of a PPV, but I just don’t think there’s going to be room for it at Hell In A Cell. Still, Cedric and Drew are having a really great feud on 205 Live and I’d rather have it culminate on the PPV’s pre-show than a random episode of 205 Live (As long as they’re given enough time to tell the story they want to tell).
