5: Molly Holly
Molly Holly is one of the most low-key influenical women in the history of the WWE. The two-time WWE Women’s Champion, and one-time Hardcore Champion was only in the company for five years, but her impact was undeniable.
In an age of bra and panties matches, Molly Holly was still putting on excellent performances week in, week out, and her impact on the industry was acknowledged by Beth Phoenix during her Hall of Fame induction speech in 2017.
Like several women on this list, Holly made an appearance during this year’s rumble match, spending a total of 4 minutes in the ring, and eliminating Riott Squad member, Sarah Logan.
Holly appears to have a really good working relationship with the company, and it seems fairly likely that the company could convince her to step back into the ring one time.

6: Victoria
Victoria may just be one of the most underrated female performers of all time. The two-time women’s champion had an excellent series of matches with Trish Stratus and Lita in late 2002, and she is a superstar who would fit in well with the WWE’s current crop of talent.
Victoria left the WWE in 2009, going on to spend four years with TNA, winning five Knockout Championships during her time in the company.
Unfortunately, Victoria was caught up in a sex-tape scandal in 2016, and given the WWE’s quest to keep Chyna out of the Hall of Fame in recent years, this may prevent the company from contacting her for Evolution.
