After suffering a terrific beatdown at the hands of The Undertaker and Kane in Melbourne, Triple H and Shawn Michaels head to WWE Raw to respond to the attack. What else is in store this week?

Previously on WWE Raw, Konner of The Ascension picked up his second singles victory in as many weeks! Somewhere, Curt Hawkins is weeping. Oh, and The Undertaker and Kane beat the stuffing out of Shawn Michaels and Triple H, adding an additional layer of intrigue to the “Last Time Ever” match between The Game and The Phenom at Super Show-Down.

This week on Raw, we have a two-part objective. First, we have to put a tidy little bow on all the action from Melbourne this past weekend at Super Show-Down, so we can move on to other things. And second, we’re a mere three weeks away from Evolution, with only five matches announced — and (spoilers aside) those five matches aren’t even all official! Clearly, it’s time to put some focus on building the historic show up more.

As of this writing, there are no matches scheduled for this week’s episode of WWE Raw. It’s disappointing, because having something to look forward to usually helps the show out. In fact, the only things really announced for tonight’s show are a pair of “appearances.”

Per WWE’s official website, here’s what’s in store for WWE Raw on Oct. 8, 2018:

"Triple H & Shawn Michaels to respond to the vicious post-match assault they suffered at WWE Super Show-Down Rousey and The Bella Twins quiet The Riott Squad The Shield hold strong against Braun Strowman’s “pack” Trish Stratus returns to Raw tonight Cena & Lashley forge powerful alliance Down Under"

So what will happen? Let’s break these points down in our WWE Raw predictions this week…
