Impact Wrestling Preview and Predictions: Aries Rising?
It’s the go-home episode of Impact Wrestling before the Bound For Glory pay-per-view this Sunday, October 14th. Austin Aries and Johnny Impact will face each other in tag team action, LAX and the OG’z hold their last summit, and Tessa Blanchard faces Keyra before her championship match against Taya Valkyrie.
We’ve made it to the last episode of Impact Wrestling before Bound For Glory, and it seems tonight Impact finds itself in a bit of a repetitive lull in terms of the match card. Austin Aries and his cronies Killer Kross and Moose will be in tag team action against Aries’ opponent for Bound For Glory Johnny Impact, who’s on a team with Moose’s “former best friend” and BFG opponent Eddie Edwards, and the moon of my life Fallah Bah, who is returned after his losing effort at Aries’ championship a few weeks ago.
Aries Crew has has made a mockery out of all three of their opponents in recent weeks, and going into Bound For Glory, I don’t expect tonight to be too different.
I quite frankly expect this match to end in a DQ or no contest, but should it not, expect only Kross or Fallah to take the fall on this one to keep Edwards, Impact, Aries, and Moose looking strong going into Sunday.

LAX and OG’s will meet for one last summit before their Concrete Jungle Death Match at Bound For Glory. This is my personal favorite feud Impact’s been working with lately (minus the whole ‘we ran over a kid with a car’ angle) and even though we see these two factions interact and push each other every week, it still finds away to get more and more personal.
The cease fire is still on, so it may be as tense as ever between these two groups, seeing as the match is right around the corner and they’re dying to get at each other already. Expect King and the OG’z to be majorly on the offense tonight doing whatever they can to get LAX to break the cease-fire before Sunday.
Tessa Blanchard will go one-on-one with Keyra before her Bound For Glory match with Taya Valkyrie for the Impact Women’s Championship. Is it just me or do Tessa’s pay-per-view feuds get booked really last minute? We should find out the identity of Rich Swann’s tag-team parter for Sunday, as Matt Sydal will be teaming up with Ethan Page.
