#6: Naomi

Naomi brought the glow with her to NXT, when she debuted in Aug. 2010. She would debut at WWE’s flagship programs in Jan. 2012.

Naomi quickly learned that the trick to getting ahead at WWE, is to pair up with as many allies as humanly possible, and so she did, forming stables with both male and female wrestlers.

After years of falling short in the Divas division, the women’s “revolution” brought her better opportunities.

Finally, after five years in the main rosters, Naomi won the SmackDown Women’s Championship in Feb. 2017 at Elimination Chamber, making her the very first African-American woman to capture the title.

Her success continued, as she went on to be the first winner of the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal at WreslteMania 34. She’s also been an active participant in Survivor Series, the first women’s Royal Rumble, and Money In The Bank matches. Though it seems as if her reign as been relatively quiet, the sheer number of matches she’s involved in, added with her win record, makes her one of the most valuable Diva-turn-Women’s Division champion.

Naomi will participate in a Battle Royal scheduled to occur at Evolution, this Sunday.
