It’s WWE SmackDown Live’s turn to get everything in motion on their go-home episode before Survivor Series! Will Daniel Bryan, The Miz, and Shane McMahon be able to put aside their differences and work together? Should we expect big-time Raw retaliation after SmackDown’s attack last night?

The roster for WWE SmackDown Live’s men’s Survivor Series team was set last week, but that doesn’t mean they’re ready for this Sunday. The biggest question that needs answering is – Are co-captains Daniel Bryan and The Miz going to be able to get their act together?

Last week, after a match between Samoa Joe and Jeff Hardy to determine the last man on Team SmackDown, Bryan completely lost his cool and attacked Joe, and then turned on Miz and Shane McMahon.

Daniel Bryan may have some pretty steep consequences waiting for him tonight, and I wouldn’t be surprised if we even saw him booted from the co-captain spot.

I am definitely looking forward to the glimmers we get tonight of Face Miz (I know, what a concept). Miz of course was really trying to be a team player, which is as fascinating as it is suspicious.

The women’s Team SmackDown is still without a captain, as Charlotte Flair no-showed them last week during the roster announcement. She noticeably was a part of Team SmackDown last night, however, when the ladies of Team Blue executed an all-out assault on the women of Raw, completely with the image of a bloodied and beaten Becky Lynch standing triumphantly in the Raw crowd. So who knows, maybe she’s had a change of heart already!

Should we expect a counter-strike from Team Raw tonight? If we do, will it be from the women, or will we see Drew McIntyre land a Claymore on Rey Mysterio tonight instead (this one, I vote for this one)?

I hope that you’re also getting chills thinking about the promo Becky Lynch will give tonight, addressing how she left the ring last night with a swollen nose and blood from her face dripping all over her, and she still left making Raw look better than Ronda Rousey ever has.

We’ve still got three more tag teams to place on Team SmackDown for the Tag Team Elimination match, too! It’s a great day when you know you’ll get to see Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows on your TV screen.

SmackDown notably is pretty low on tag teams, however. Former SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Bludgeon Brothers are currently inactive due to injury, and I’ll be damned if they book Sanity to get along with everyone else for the sake of a Survivor Series match of all things, so they may have a hard time filling that fifth spot.

My theory is we may get an NXT tag team to sub into the spot on behalf of SmackDown, but we’ll see.

Tune in for all the action tonight on the USA Network, 8PM/7PM Central, and be sure to follow along with us here for all the live results and reviews of tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown!
