4. Does the Raw tag division even stand a chance?

Chad Gable and Bobby Roode will lead the warriors from Monday night into battle. Who will they face? Oh it’s simple. Some silly tag teams from Tuesday nights, lead by the Usos and backed by the likes of Sanity, New Day and The Club. Count the number of titles held by all the tag teams and individuals on one side. Now compare that against what we have from Monday night.

This is the equivalent of pitting someone like Brock Lesnar against James Ellsworth. It lacks excitement and it lacks energy. The very fact that a team formed out of the blue, with two individual who are still developing their tag team, is leading supposedly the best four tag teams on Raw (the only remaining tag teams on Raw to be frank) is a point of concern. It tells you much about how the tag division hasn’t been a priority at all on Monday nights.

See that video. Does that give you goosebumps? That is what team Raw has to face come Sunday. When you look at the Red Team, do they give you goosebumps? The only relevant and legitimate tag team I see there is the Revival, who have been struggling as afterthoughts in an afterthought division.

Does anything more need to be said about the sorry state of Raw‘s tag division? If anything, they are lucky that the Bludgeon Brothers aren’t in there too.
