In this week’s top five WWE promos, Shinsuke Nakamura confessed to being heartbroken over Seth Rollins’s lack of focus on their matchup at Survivor Series, which led to yet another memorable backstage promo from the United States Champion.

Survivor Series won’t be quite the same without “The Man” Becky Lynch squaring off against Ronda Rousey in the main event, but fans can take solace in the fact that Becky just might be the one to knock off Rousey in the main event of WWE WrestleMania 35.

Becky, of course, showed up on this list of the top five promos in WWE this week, as a discussion of the finest promos would be incomplete without the best promo in the company right now.

SmackDown Live: Shinsuke Nakamura Addresses Seth Rollins

Everything about this promo is brilliant. Right from the start, Shinsuke Nakamura has his headphones in, so he completely misses Dasha Fuentes’s introduction. Nakamura complains that Fuentes didn’t introduce him to the audience, and, as usual, his facial expression was priceless.

The United States Champion was upset that Rollins said on Raw that he was more focused on Dean Ambrose, “Last night, Seth broke my heart.”

Meanwhile, Nakamura is obsessed with Rollins, the Intercontinental Champion, so the fact that Rollins isn’t reciprocating that same focus is disheartening to Nakamura. A “Knee To Face” is coming from the sarcastic Nakamura, who has done an underrated job of getting the audience excited for this dream matchup between two of the best wrestlers in WWE.
