Tonight is the go-home episode of WWE SmackDown Live before TLC. How will Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles prepare for their WWE Championship match, and will the rematch between Asuka and Charlotte Flair be just as electrifying?

Now, WWE SmackDown Live isn’t bringing many matches to the table (haha get it? I crack myself up) this Sunday at TLC, but the ones they do should hopefully pack a punch. Daniel Bryan will take on AJ Styles in a rematch for the WWE Championship, Asuka and Charlotte Flair will challenge Becky Lynch for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, and The New Day and The Usos will challenge for The Bar’s SmackDown tag Team Championships.

In preparation for that tonight, we’ll most excitedly have a rematch from last year’s WrestleMania featuring Charlotte and Asuka. I won’t straight up say that I think this match could be better than the WrestleMania match, but I think Charlotte being heel and Asuka still the face this time around will add some more dimension to this match. That is, unless Becky Lynch interrupts.

The Bar will take on The Usos in a rap battle this evening, and good thing, because I’m really looking forward to having  good laugh tonight.

SmackDown GM Paige announced via Twitter that on account of their back-and-forth on social media, Naomi and Mandy Rose will have the opportunity to settle their differences in the ring this evening. SmackDown Live – the only show where lashing out at co-workers on Twitter can get you legitimately rewarded.

Jeff Hardy will also be at SmackDown tonight to address the actions that Samoa Joe has taken against him in recent weeks. Joe notably interrupted Jeff’s anniversary celebration and aired a PSA against binge drinking last week. Jeff will likely keep his composure admirably like he has for the last two weeks, but maybe tonight’s the night Joe crosses the line, and Jeff has to teach him a lesson.

All this and more tonight on WWE SmackDown Live. Tune in for all the action at 8PM/7PM Central on the USA Network, and be sure to follow along with us here for live updates, results, review, and grades for all of tonight’s contests!
