WWE Royal Rumble: Predicting All 30 Men’s Entrants After TLC
By Kyle Boris
21. Rey Mysterio
It was only a year ago that Rey Mysterio shocked fans everywhere when his music hit at the 2018 Royal Rumble. He was able to prove to fans that he still had it and hadn’t lost a step. As he starts to pick up steam on SmackDown Live, Mysterio has a legitimate shot at winning the entire thing. He’s one of the few guys in this match that have already won the Royal Rumble match before and should be considered a favorite to do so again in 2019.
22. Bray Wyatt
At #22, we might have another surprise. There’s no telling what’s going on with Bray Wyatt, but a return of any kind would be welcomed. After his partnership with Matt Hardy came to an end, Wyatt has been nowhere to be found. He showed up a live event and posted some cryptic tweets, but that’s about it. The WWE might want to bring Wyatt back before the Rumble, but a surprise in the 30-man contest might just be what his character needs.
23. Rusev
The Bulgarian Brute had a great showing in the 2018 Royal Rumble and should be a lock for the 2019 contest. He’s still over with the fans and will provide a timely roar when the clock reaches zero.
24. Elias
As long as Elias is around, we better continue to get mid-match Royal Rumble performances. Last year we got a small sample of an Elias concert and this time around it should be no different. He might not seem like a favorite at first glance, but a nice run this year would be great for Elias to continue to build him up to a future star.
